Delivery – International and within Australia

Within Australia - Delivery to customers within Australia is via Toll Ipec couriers. To most capital cities and metropolitan areas, Toll Ipec advises a 3-5 day delivery time frame. Human Genetic Signatures will charge a delivery charge of $20 (+ GST) per kit.

International Shipments - Delivery to customers outside of Australia is via Federal Express. Federal Express advises a 7-10 day delivery time frame, to most countries. Human Genetic Signatures will charge a delivery charge of $AUD20 per kit. Any additional duties or charges related to importation charged by Federal Express or Customs are the responsibility of the importer, as per the delivery conditions cited in our Terms and Conditions available to view on this website.

Please note: some countries will require additional paperwork be completed for Customs purposes or by Federal Express. In these cases, Customs or Federal Express will contact the importer. Completion of the required paperwork in a timely manner will ensure your shipment is released and delivered quickly.
